Fronted by Singer and Radio Personality Jackie Storrar, this duo have earned their reputation as the “best in the business” after years of performing to audiences all around the globe.
When it comes to performing and entertaining Jackie is first class. She has the ability to connect with her audience no matter how big or small, and you are sure to be captivated by her beautiful voice. Fresh from the success of her solo theatre tour, including Carnegie Hall, she is currently writing and working on her second studio album. Her debut CD “Cross The Border” received airplay from the BBC as well as stations throughout the USA. This led to Jackie’s nomination at the BCMA’s in 2008 for Best Female Artist. Born in Scotland, her radio career began at Radio Tay but more recently she’s been heard on Smooth Radio Glasgow, and currently hosts a weekly show on CMR Nashville. She successfully combines a music and radio career and has been performing with Foreign Affair since 2000.
Sharing lead vocals and playing keyboards is Steve Thiebault. Having studied music and drama in London, Steve enjoyed success on the West End Stage for many years (42nd Street, The Rocky Horror Show, The Royal Variety Show).
A multi talented musician (drums, keyboards & guitar), and Actor (The Bill, & Casualty), Steve is no stranger to show business. He runs his own studio and record company, and makes sure “Foreign Affair” deliver the best sound possible from a modern hi-tech duo.
Jackie & Steve make a perfect partnership both on and off stage. Their relaxed and easy chemistry will rub off on your audience. With an enviable repertoire of well over 300 songs, they can cover all major genres and can react to the audience needs in a split second! You’re just as likely to hear a good old swinger or 60’s classic, as a current hit or even an original.
If you’re looking for class and intimacy this duo has it in abundance, but they can equally “pump up the volume” and turn your evening into the party you’ll never forget.
Jackie & Steve list: Thomson Cruises, Holland America, P&O, Brittany Ferries, Thomson Gold Holidays, The Marr Hall Hotel, Gleneagles Hotel, The Old Course Hotel St Andrews, The Best Western Hotels, Peebles Hydro, Dunblane Hydro, The Hilton Hotel Group (including the prestigious Hilton Park Lane in London) amongst their credits.

Comments & Feedback
“…Our friends were amazed at the variety of music that Foreign Affair had to offer and how they got the tone of the evening just right. No one could believe the quality of the sound that came from just two people. They were still talking about it days later. Jackie & Steve were brilliant and played a huge part in the success of our evening. I recommend them highly.”

“…Jackie and Steve are extremely easy to get along with. They always seem to have time for everyone and remain popular with young and old alike. They always look smart and professional and are clearly very experienced in their art. This duo is proud to maintain their extremely high standards in everything they do. They have addictive personalities and I feel privileged to have known them thus far.”
Amanda Campbell,
Entertainment Advisor, Thomson Gold (2005)
“…There were so many guests wanting to know where the duo, Foreign Affair, would be appearing next. How refreshing to be exposed to a duo who clearly are both so in touch with what is needed in such a prestigious Hotel. It is their range that impresses so much – choose a decade, and they can deliver, whether it is pop, jazz, rock, classics – anything. These two must have a history in the business and I would like to think we will see them again.”
Paul Jackson, Guest at The Yaramar Hotel, Costal Del Sol.
“…We both wanted to thank you so much for such an excellent evening at our wedding. I lost count of the amount of family and friends that approached me to ask who you guys were and how good you were. Everyone I spoke to thought you were just fabulous and so did we!! So thank you for making our day extra special.”

“Foreign Affair” are a talented duo that are able to work with any type of audience, which is a key skill to have, especially performing to such varied clientele. They have an excellent range of music and every night is different. They have very good interaction with their audience and always get the crowd going. Their time keeping is excellent and their appearance always outstanding. They are two people who I have valued as part of my team.
